His hand-crafted Bread rolls have an inspiring beauty that draws from a variety of influences. 

Born in France and have working for many years as Boulanger Patissier in one and two star(s) Michelin Restaurants in France , Chateau de Locguenole and The Chabichou, Pascal Sacrepaye came to the UK to work at the Savoy Hotel and other Hotels and Restaurants in London. The Mirabelle Restaurant was his last stop when he decided in 1993 to set up his own business, and supply Restaurants with excellent quality breads.
